Pay Now (Standard Checkout)
If you’re ready to order, pay securely at checkout with a credit card or PayPal. Your order will ship as soon as it’s processed.
Purchase Orders & Bill Me (For Schools and Libraries)
This option is designed for organizations that require purchase orders or delayed billing.
Who can use this?
- Public Library Systems
- Schools and School Districts
- Learning Care Group Centers
- KinderCare Education Centers
- Other pre-approved organizations
How it works:
- Place your order online and select “Bill Me” at checkout.
- Submit your official Purchase Order if needed.
- We’ll process and ship your order.
- Payment is due 30 days from ship date.
Note: The “Bill Me” option is only available for final orders. Changes cannot be made after the order has been placed.


Reserve Now, Pay Later (Flexible Pre-Orders)
This option allows you to plan ahead and secure inventory for future events without any upfront payment.
Why use this?
- Reserve inventory early for a future event, without financial commitment.
- Adjust your quantities closer to your event date.
- Pay only for what is shipped.
How it works:
- Place a Reserve Order online, no payment is required.
- Your estimated inventory is secured for your requested event date.
- Before shipping, we’ll confirm your final quantities.
- You pay only for the items that are shipped.
This is ideal for schools, camps, and large group events where attendance numbers are subject to change.
