Shipping
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship within the United States, with standard UPS delivery. If you have an international or bulk request, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
What are the shipping charges?+
Shipping charges are prorated based on order size, and are approximately $.50 per kit.
Will I be notified when my order ships?+
Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
When will my order ship, and how long does it take to receive it?+
Orders are processed 24–48 hours after receipt and shipped standard UPS from our Illinois distribution center. Transit takes 2–5 days, depending on where it is shipping.
Payments & Charges
Do you offer tax-exempt purchases for organizations?+
Yes. Send us your tax-exempt certificate and we'll set up tax-exempt ordering for your organization.
What form of payment do you take?+
We accept major credit cards. For organizations, we can also work on a purchase order or Net-30 terms. Just ask.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Sales tax is applied where required by law. Tax-exempt organizations can send their certificate to have tax removed from their orders.
Can we work on a PO or Net-30 terms?+
Yes. We work with schools, libraries, camps, and other organizations on purchase orders and Net-30 terms.
How can I get approved to work on terms?+
Reach out with your organization details and a contact for references. We'll get you set up so you can order on terms.
Products & Ordering
What comes with each plush animal?+
Each Furry Friend comes unstuffed with a stuffing packet, a rainbow Wish Star to insert inside, a Birth Certificate, and a colorful reusable buddy bag. No sewing or machines required.
Do I have to order all the same plush style?+
No. You can mix and match from over 30 pals, plus outfits and accessories. Choose the ‘Party Animals’ of choice for your group.
Does someone come out to host the party?+
No. Noah's Ark Animal Workshop is a do-it-yourself workshop. We ship the kits directly to you and the kids hand-stuff their own pals. It's fun, easy, and there's nothing to worry about with transportation or staffing.
Is there a minimum number I have to order?+
No minimums required. Order what you need, whether it's one kit for a birthday or a bulk order for a whole camp.
How far in advance should I place my order?+
Orders are processed 24 to 48 hours after receipt and shipped standard UPS from Illinois (2 to 5 day transit). For a specific event date, order at least a week or two ahead so everything arrives in plenty of time.
What is a Pre-Order?+
A pre-order lets you reserve kits ahead of a release or busy season. You'll be notified when your pre-ordered kits ship.
How do I place a Pre-Order?+
Contact us with the styles and quantity you'd like to reserve. We'll confirm the details and your place in line for when the kits ship.
Do you offer workshop packages or volume discounts?+
Yes, for larger orders we put together a custom quote based on the number of kits and the pals you choose. Reach out for a bulk quote.
Fundraising
How do your Fundraisers work?+
Organizations use our workshop kits to raise money by selling them or running them as an event and keeping the margin. It's a fun, hands-on fundraiser that kids and families love.
Do you provide fundraiser flyers?+
Yes, we'll build a free custom PDF flyer to promote your event and take registration, featuring up to 8 plush styles of your choice.
