Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however, shipping charges outside of the US will be actual freight and determined at the time of shipping. You will be contacted before shipping and advised of freight charges to approve or decline.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping within the 48-contiguous states will be calculated as follows:

1 – 10 Plush Animal Kits:$8

11-25 Plush Animal Kits: $15

26-40 Plush Animal Kits: $20

41-60 Plush Animal Kits: $25

Add $5 per 20 kits as follows; 61 – 80: $30, 81 – 100: $35, etc.

When will my order ship, and how long does it take to receive?

Orders are processed 24 – 48 hours after receipt and shipped standard UPS from our Illinois distribution center.Transit takes 2-5 days, depending on where it is shipping.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.


Can we work on a PO or Net 30 Terms?

Yes, once approved, you can work on a PO. We do vendor approval on a case by case basis but typically requires a valid credit card to be on file.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax to all Illinois customers. If you reside in Illinois and are tax-exempt, we can waive tax upon receiving yourtax-exempt ID number or certificate.

How can I get approved to work on terms?

What form of payment do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, EFT, and mail-in checks.


Do I have to order all the same plush style?

No, you can mix and match any of the plush styles on the website.

Do you offer workshop packages or volume discounts?

We don’t offer workshop party packages; instead, we let you choose the products and plush styles you want.  We do have promotions and special offers monthly and also offer group discounts for orders over 100.  Contact us for details at [email protected]

Does someone come out to host the party?

No, we ship everything to you in kits, and you will host the workshop. Since our animals are hand stuffed and have a locking zipper closure, it’s fun and easy to do. And don’t worry, even though it is simple to do, we send instructions.

How do I place a Pre-Order?

You can do so by calling us or by ordering online. Simply add the items to your cart, and at checkout, select ‘Pre-Order’ as your form of payment, then enter the date of your scheduled event. The event date will let us know when to schedule a call to finalize your order, at which time we will take payment and ship the kits.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least ten business days beforethe scheduled party/workshop; however, if you are planning yourpartyweeks or months in advance, we highly recommend placing a pre-order at that time to secure your inventory. We don’t want to sell out of the item you wish to order,so putting a pre-order in will help prevent that from happening.

Is there a minimum number I have to order?

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. You can customize your order, so you only purchase what you need and want.

What comes with each plush animal?

Each plush comes unstuffed with a stuffing packet, wishing star, birth certificate, and take-home bag.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to securea product – at no cost or obligation, for a future workshop event. You can change, adjust, and even cancel the order at no cost or penalty. At the time of shipping, approximately three weeks before your scheduled event date, we will call you to finalize your order, at which time you can adjust the quantity. With a pre-order, you only pay for what we ship.


Do you offer free samples?

We do not offer free samples; however, we offer you a discounted kit rate if you would like to purchase a selection.

Do you provide fund raiser flyers?

Yes, we can create a custom flyer for your event at no cost. You will choose the products and pricing, and we will send it to you via email.

How do your Fundraisers work?

Hosting a fundraiser is a great way to earn extra money for your school, church, or organization. Since you set the price you will charge participants; how much you earn is up to you. You will choose the plush animal styles you want, and each will come with the stuffing, wish star, birth certificate, and take-home bag. We don’t have any order minimums, so you can order just what you need. We are a full-service teddy bear workshop, so you can also add teddy bear outfits or even a custom printed teddy bear t-shirt with your company/organization or event name to earn additional profits.
