The Youth Empowerment Program is a 20-hour course for teenagers, both boys and girls, that teaches academic, life and entrepreneurial skills, along with lessons in Anti-Bullying. This course is taught by Teia, a Certified Youth Empowerment Coach (CYEC) at your location within the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex for groups of at least 10 teens. Classes are also available online. We are excited about your child's future at Friends of Noah's Ark! Perfect for church, school and other youth related groups.
Star 1: * Guests - Mail your party invitations, or distribute the Workshop Order Forms to all your guest at least 2 - 3 weeks before the workshop. Higher attendance and participation leads to more smiles and magical memories so invite, invite, invite. Be enthusiastic about your workshop. Make it the can't miss event of the year!
Star 2: ** Awareness - For children's organization workshops remember to display Promotion Signs in high traffic areas 2 - 3 weeks prior to event. Remind parents to return Workshop Order Form by deadline.
Star 3: *** RSVP - Include an RSVP date on all party invitations and Workshop Order Forms.
Star 4: **** Final Confirmation - I Will contact you on the scheduled date to confirm all workshop details and pick up the Workshop Order Form with payment (at least 2 - 3 weeks before event is suggested).

3 - 4 Weeks Before Your Workshop:Choose A Noah's Ark Workshop Theme
Call me, Your Party Leader, to confirm the theme, date and time. A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE HOSTESS FEE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR WORKSHOP / BIRTHDAY EVENT (NO EXCEPTIONS)!
Schedule the workshop party for approximately 2 - 3 hrs. (The workshop generally lasts about 1 hour, leaving you enough time for arrivals before and snacks, cake, presents, optional games and pictures with Mascot, if applicable, afterwards).
Create the party lists. Over invite to guarantee a minimum of at least 8 children in attendance.
Requests the number of FREE Party Invitations or Workshop Order Forms.
Ask me about the Noah's Ark party paper goods and favor boxes that I can bring to your event for additional charge.
2 - 3 Weeks Before Your Workshop:Send out party invitations or send home the Workshop Order Forms. Be sure to ask guests to RSVP or return the Workshop Order Forms on time so you'll know how many children to expect. One-half of total party costs will be required at this time in order for me to prepare for the exact amount and choice of animals, etc. (Ask me about the special bonus if party is paid in full at this time).
Decide on activities and games that you will play with the guests either before or after the workshop portion of the party. I can assist with ideas.
Ask me about Noah's Ark game prizes or purchase small toys and / or candy to be used as prizes for games.
Plan your menu. Check with the parents for any food allergies or special conditions.
Depending on the age of the guests, arrange for extra help on the party day from friends, relatives or organization staff.
1 - 2 Weeks Before Your Workshop:Confirm the number of guests and collect all Workshop Order Forms with money, if applicable.
Schedule the Workshop Order Form and money pick up, if applicable.
Order cake or bake your own and freeze it.
Make any other foods that can be made ahead of time and store in the freezer.
Write out a final schedule of activities for the party / workshop.
Confirm with me your final number of guests, party supplies and favor boxes if applicable.
Confirm any orders placed for the cake.
Determine what area your workshop will take place and prepare the location.
Let siblings invite a special friend over for the day so they won't feel left out.
Finally, prepare your guest for the very best Stuff-N-Fluff Workshop they'll ever experience!

We come to you for a fun-filled, educational on-site field trip without all the hassle. Our NEW BLANKET BUDDIES ARE PERFECT FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN AGES 3 and up!
To promote reading, writing and geography, The Traveling Teddy will make his way around the world and the classroom. Throughout the year, Teddy will travel with the students on family vacations or weekend excursions, all while sending postcards from those destinations, taking pictures and keeping a travel journal. Towards the end of the year, Teddy reports back to class to tell about his travels. Meanwhile, the students share what they read and wrote about Teddy's adventures with their classmates. Ask me more about this program!
