How do I get started?

 

You must complete a member application and purchase a Basic Starter Kit. This can be done online.

 

What does the Starter Kit contain and how much does it cost?

The Starter Kit cost $129 and contains everything you need to start your business!  The kit contains a sampling of animals, outfits, animal t-shirts, and all of the business supplies you need including brochures, invitations, flyers, postcards, training handbook, training video and member t-shirt.

 

Are there any other upfront costs?

No

 

What is the nature of the relationship between the Crew Member and Noah's Ark Workshop?

Crew Members are Independent Reps of the Noah's Ark Company.  It is your own business.  We support you by supplying you with business materials, training materials, products and everything you need for your business.

 

What is the difference between the Personal Business and Leadership Business, and how does the compensation work for each of these two types of relationships?

As a Crew Member, your personal business is the conducting of workshops and keeping the profits. The Leadership business is sponsoring others into the company and building your downline, thus earning monthly commission checks on everything your team purchases. You can do both the personal and leadership business.

 

Your concept of "Sail to the Top," how does it work?

As you build your team, you can achieve higher levels in the company, earning higher commissions on each of your team members, anywhere from 4% -10%.

 

INVENTORY

 

To conduct a Workshop, does the crew member need to purchase the products before hand, and if so, must we keep an amount of inventory? 

As a crew member, you will order your products from the company prior to your workshop at wholesale prices, and resell at retail, keeping the profits.  Workshop products are pre-determined, therefore before conducting a workshop, you will know what products you will need, so you will only order the products you need.  Members are not required to carry an inventory.

 

INCOME POTENTIAL

 

On average, how much does a member make when conducting a workshop?

Crew members earn a 35%-45% profit, based on what they purchase their products for.

 

What are the Purchasing Discounts?

As a Crew Member, you are able to purchase products from the company at 35% - 45% OFF the retail prices.  This pricing structure gives you a personal sales earning potential of 35% - 45% profit of your personal workshop sales.  The ordering benefits are as follows and are based on retail prices BEFORE applicable taxes:

What are the minimum monthly purchase requirements?

In order to earn your monthly commission check, members are required to purchase a monthly min. of $150. 

 

WORKSHOPS

 

How long does the workshop take?

The average workshop takes about 45 min - 1 hour per 20 kids, however this will change based on the number of children present and the age of the participants. Large groups will take longer, as will little children.

 

Are most members able to do a party by themselves, or does it require others assistance?

Yes, some members can do a workshop for 125 kids alone, while others like to take their son or daughter to assist.

 

What is the difference between Bella Bee Workshop and The Stuff –N- Fluff Workshop?

While both of our workshop concepts are traveling, there are distinct differences in both workshop:

BELLA BEE WORKSHOP is the ultimate traveling glamour girls workshop that teaches girls how to be beautiful on the inside and out, through an interactive hands on workshop

 

STUFF-N-FLUFF WORKSHOP- Kids bring a plush animal to life by hand stuffing it, wishing on a star, naming and dressing it.

 

How often do you introduce new plush collectible animals and outfits?

We introduce new collectible animals and outfits every 4 months or so-- some are limited edition, while others have a longer lifespan before being retired. At any one time we will have approximately 30 collectibles in our line.

 

How are the animals stuffed during the workshop?

The animals are hand-stuffed during the workshop.  As a crew member, you would order the animals from the company 'unstuffed' and bring them to the workshop as such.  The children hand-stuff their animal, then make a wish on a rainbow star and tuck it inside the animal before it is zipped closed (a one-way hidden zipper).
