As your North East Ohio Noah's Ark Workshop Crew Member, I conduct first-class Make-Your-Own Stuffed Animal Workshops (scroll down to see more info on the Sweet Bella Bee Glamour Girl Workshops)! Let me take away your stress while I take over your party and offer my fun, hands-on entertainment that children of all ages enjoy! You will also save your gas because I come to you! AND, we are environmentally friendly as there is no electricity required- the children will use HAND power! So sit back, enjoy the party, and watch your child make a wonderful lifetime memory (and new furry friend) with all their friends! Each birthday party workshop is filled with the excitement of choosing a new cuddly friend (many quality animals to choose from), stuffing the new friend by hand, making the new friend come to life with the wishing star ceremony, and naming the new friend! Birthday Parties last aproximately 2 hours Day Care and Summer Camp Workshops last aproximately 90 minutes Scout Troop workshops last aproximately 90 minutes SPECIAL RATES for Groups over 20 participants and for all Scout GROUPS! Below are our regular party and workshop rates. Stuff Your Own Stuffed Friend Workshops: Party Plan A $13 per a child Party Includes the following: Choice of a Stuff Your Own Purse, or seasonal 12 to 14 inch animal to hand stuff Storytime Games Noah's Ark Workshop T-shirt for the Birthday Child Party Planner for up to 2 hours to run your party! We do everything from helping to serve your cake, to clean up after present opening time! ( Workshops for Day Cares and Summer Camps are 1 1/2 hours in time) Party Plan B $17 per a child Party includes the following: Choice of Animal to Hand Stuff ( Animals are 15 to 18 inches in size) Storytime Games Noah's Ark Workshop T-shirt for the Birthday Child Party Planner for up to 2 hours to run your party! We do everything from helping to serve your cake, to clean up after present opening time! All Scouts recieve a free Noah's Ark Workshop Fun Patch for the Back of their Uniforms. When adding shirts and shorts we bring fabric markers to all Workshops for the children to decorate them and we can personalize them with iron on transfers to have your Troop Number, Business Name, Day Care Name, Summer Camp Name ect on them. PARTY and GROUP PACKAGE RATES for Bella Bee Workshops: FAQ'S 1. Do you offer badges for scout troops? Scout troop participants will each recieve a free participation badge. We have badges that fit all of our workshops. 2. What do you offer for groups in which parents will be paying for the workshop? For groups we also offer Parent Participation forms in which the parent can pick ahead of time what they want for their child and send it in with payment to make it easier for group leaders. 3. Do you require a deposit? For groups containing more than 30 children in which an organization or Birthday Parent will be paying for the workshop we require a 50% deposit prior to the workshop with the remaining balance due the day of the workshop. For workshops that are using parent participation forms all preorder payments are to be recieved 10 days prior to the workshop and all checks must be made our by your organization no individuals check will be accepted anymore. Late orders will be accepted on a limited basis of what supplies are available and can be paid for the day of the event. Groups under 30 in which the organization or Birthday Parent will be paying for the workshop do not require a deposit. Payment will be due the day of the event. 4. What types of payments do you accept for workshops? We currently accept only cash, checks and money orders. All checks and money orders should be made out to Amber Imhoff Checks are no longer accepting from individuals for Day Care, School, or camp workshops. A check must be written out by the Day Care, School or summer camp in these situations. 5. Can we wash the animals and outfits? All of our animals and outfits are machine washable and meet federal standards for children's products. 6. Do I need to supply tables for a workshop? If you don't have tables not to worry! Workshops can easily take place on an open floor space and we have special mats the children can sit on when tables aren't accessable. 7. Do you need electricity for the workshop? No electricity is needed to have one of our workshops as guests will be handstuffing the animals on their very own with no need to wait in line to use a machine. 8. Do you host charity events? We do from time to time host charity workshops in which a Birthday child and their guests or another group stuff an animal to be donated to a local charity. This is a great way to give back to the community. We do offer a 10% discount for any group wishing to do this. We also host charity events where part of the proceeds goes back to an organization the amount will vary based on the event and the organization. At every craft show or festival we do we offer people the option to donate $10 to provide a bear for a child in an area shelter through our Comfort Bears Program. 9. Do you offer group rates? We offer special discount rates for groups of 20 or more and for all scout troops no matter the size of the troop. Community Events: If you have an upcoming Festival, Craft Show or other community wide event we would love to help accomadate that and can set up with a variety of animals for the event. We also have an adorable Mojo Monkey Mascot that is available to attend community wide events. Thank you for taking the time to consider letting Noah's Ark Workshop set sail on your events.
